Protect the child first; verify information second
Unexplained injuries, sudden school refusal, insomnia or fear should not be treated as proof from online claims. Put safety first: seek medical care where needed, record dates and what can be confirmed, preserve the child’s spontaneous words, and avoid repeated leading questions.
Three public safety routes before enrolment
01 · Public sanctionsCheck published sanction records for childcare centres, carers, early-childhood services and relevant staff as one risk signal.
02 · Correct reportingSuspected abuse, neglect, sexual violence or exploitation may be reported through 113 or eCare; call 110 first in immediate danger.
03 · Investigation timelineCases are triaged and classified within 24 hours; investigation reports are due in 4 days for urgent cases and 30 days for non-urgent cases.
Public information helps identify risk but cannot replace professional assessment of a child’s individual situation. No listed sanction does not prove no risk; a report does not establish wrongdoing.
System test: searchable, reachable, traceable
A report is not the endpoint. A protection system should make it possible to find records, reach the right reporting channel, and follow what comes next—safety assessment, medical care, placement or family support—without turning a child’s situation into speculation.
Verification status|Official primary sources verified. This is a standing guide to public tools, not a report on any single incident and not a finding against any person or organisation.
